2. Hosting

This website is served via GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser. This is needed to display and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Contact form and email

When you write to us through the form, we process your name, email, phone number, company and message. The form is forwarded to our email address via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). We use this data only to answer your request and prepare a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tools. The site only stores a few technical values in your browser: whether you closed the cookie notice, which language you chose and whether the intro animation has already been shown. These values stay on your device and are not sent to us. Fonts are hosted on our own server.

5. Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, for example guichet.lu or our clients’ sites. We are not responsible for those sites; their own privacy policies apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Just write to us at info@nave.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD): cnpd.public.lu.
